It depends on what other AddOns you want to go with it. I have the same ElvUI profile copied to all my characters so it's the same, and things like TellMeWhen setup different for all the specs, and enabling VuhDo for my healers. A few class/spec specific ones like BloodShield Tracker, Comergy, JSHB etc and that's about it.
